Our distribution centre, along with our delivery partner Australia Post, are working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Due to extended COVID-19 lockdowns and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays with our couriers. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS OR DISRUPTIONS.
The safest way to ensure you are getting your package safely during this time is to select Express Shipping. All other services are operational at this stage, subject to delays. As air freight is used to deliver your packages worldwide, the reduction of passenger flights due to health and safety mean that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs & disrupted postal networks around the world.

PROCESSING TIMES
DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DISPATCH
Public Holidays & Weekends
Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Tracking information is sent via email at 2pm AEST on the day that orders are shipped out.
Orders placed after 2pm AEST on a weekday will be sent out first thing the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or weekend will be shipped out on Monday morning.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email by 5pm (AEST) on the day that orders are shipped out.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD PROCESSING TIME FRAMES
There may be a delay during our sale periods.
During busy periods (promotional sales, AfterPay Day, Black Friday / Cyber Monday, public holidays & Christmas periods) we cannot guarantee our stipulated processing and delivery timeframes. We ask you to allow for an extra 24-48 hours from placing your order for dispatch
We use Australia Post Express which is next business day delivery within the express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas- Perth CBD only). Australia Post do allow for Express parcels to arrive within 1-3 business days in the event there are unforeseeable delays. Regional areas outside the express post network which have longer estimated delivery times, we advise to purchase Express Shipping to avoid delays/disappointment.
If you have not received your items within 4 business days of making your order, please email us with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post's & Australia Express Post service.
For orders over $100, we offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY when delivered within Australia. You’re welcome!
Orders less than $100 will incur a flat rate charge of $10 for postage.

We use Australia Post which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online.
Estimated delivery time arrives within 1-3 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Signature is required on delivery for your security, an if you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left with a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
If you have not been left a collection card, you can take a form of ID and tracking information to your nearest Australia Post and they can help organise collection.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or marked unclaimed, a new shipping fee will apply for redelivery of your order.

We use Australia Post International shipping services. Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

Postal services sometimes leaves parcel in a safe or secluded spot for Residential delivery areas, and this will not require signatures. Please keep an eye on your tracking information and updates to see if this occur.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Express International Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to arrive once shipped. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur.
Signatures are required upon delivery for all express international shipments. PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left in a secure place if deemed safe to do so by the delivery driver. If they feel it is not safe to leave, or the parcel is too large, you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.
PRE ORDERS
For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.
If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email customercare@xenia.com.au with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or Australia Post Xenia Boutique will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Xenia Boutique via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.
It is the customer responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address/incompleteD address), for an order during the checkout process. If the wrong address is provided and Shipping cost are non-refundable. Xenia Boutique reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $9.95 AUD for Australian orders and $26 AUD for international orders (standard international shipping).
Xenia Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post, DHL or other delivery carrier - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
A gift voucher less any "return to sender" fees will be issued for all parcels which are "returned to sender". We do not resend parcels for free once they have been sent back to us as a "return to sender".
The shipping cost for orders is non-refundable.
*** Please note that the international shipping costs that Xenia Boutique provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of customers to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia as this fee is in no way covered by Xenia Boutique. The above delivery time-frames are only estimations provided by our shipping providers. Although we hope this never happens, delivery delays during transit can occur.

*Christmas & News Year Period: Our Warehouse will be operating 7 days a week and extended hours daily to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Due to the high amount of orders placed during our Sale, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your dispatch information. This means it may take our team up to 10 business days to pick and pack your order once it has been placed.
