CURRENT POSITIONS 

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE POSITION

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to work between 15-20 hours per week – Monday to Friday. 

Do you have an organised very personality, ability to multitask and have mastered coffee making skills! We have the perfect roll for you!

Before applying please consider that this role requires minimum 1-3 years experience.

  • process vendor invoices and credit notes
  • monitor accounts payable to ensure payments are made within trading terms
  • Reconcile our supplier statements and communicate to suppliers on any statements discrepancies

We’re looking for a individual with the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience within a full function accounts payable position
  • Strong experience within a high processing environment
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven role

  • A working knowledge or Xero is preferable but not essential

PHOTOSHOOT ASSISTANCE

We are on the hunt for a Photoshoot Assistant to help with the coordination and efficiency of our photoshoots. This position is well suited to someone who has a passion for fashion and considers themselves to be an organised goddess.

Responsibilities:

  • Steam garments pre-shoot and during shoot
  • Assist in organising accessories, shoes and props on the day
  • Assist in the dressing of models
  • Organise racks on shoot
  • Maintain an efficient and tidy photoshoot set
  • Work closely with and assist the Shoot Co-ordinator, Photographer and Creative Director
  • Assist in problem-solving during photo shoot
  • Loading and unloading garments, props and equipment between warehouse and photoshoot location
  • Perform additional duties and errands assigned by photography team

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and follow direction
  • Exceptional organisation skills
  • Friendly and professional nature
  • High efficiency skills
  • Must have own transport and a current driver’s license

Additional Information:

Must be available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

 Responsibilities:

  • Managing and creating product information
  • Work alongside our Admin team

  • Warehouse duties such as picking and packing or stock counting

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We’re after a Graphic Designer in all things digital content wise. If you have a passion for fashion and the ability to add your own creative flair, then we want you to join our team! 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute top quality design work as necessary in alignment with the brand
  • Create and execution of designs
  • Communicates and coordinates with the Creative Director, Graphic Designer and relevant peers, ensuring visual design is of a high standard
  • Assists with the creation of online visual design, typography, logos, icons, and other interactive elements
  • Cull images from the previous days shoot (to specifications)
  • Batch edit high volumes of product images
  • Perform some photo editing elements
  • Select and specially edit images for homepage banners and EDMs
  • Create compelling photos that maintain brand integrity
  • Crop and resize images to established internal standards


What are the requirements?

  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Understanding or experience in digital design including homepage banners, EDMs, store signage and more
  • Relevant qualification (e.g. Visual Communication, Graphic Design etc.)Manages their time effectively and is able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining beautiful content
  • Eye for detail on content creation, including blog posts and social media content
  • Flexible to change and tackles challenges with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Exhibit a team player mindset with a willingness to continually learn and improve processes
  • Knowledge of HTML coding is an advantage
  • Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company
  • Experience in a high-volume production environment is an advantage

  • Prioritising and organising stock based on product uploading

  • Unloading and loading our warehouse van
