We want you to absolutely love and adore your purchase(s) from us! So if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your order, that's okay because we offer a store voucher on your orders. 

Please note, Xenia Boutique does not offer refunds for returned purchases. 

Store voucher are available for full-priced items. (We do not accept returns on sale items) change of mind please return you order within Items must be returned within 14 days for domestic & international orders of receiving your delivery for an online store voucher and any received thereafter may be denied. 

In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:

1. must be returned in their original resell-able condition and packaging - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Please be careful when trying on your items.

2.We do not accept returns on earrings or undergarments (bras/underwear/swimwear) for sanitary reasons.

3.Return parcels must include the order number on the parcel

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.

Xenia Boutique ships WORLDWIDE!

We charge a flat rate of $10 AUD for all Domestic Orders.We use Australia Post Express which can take approximately 1-2 Business Days to arrive from the date your order has been dispatched. 

We charge a flat rate of $15 AUD for all international orders. We use Australia Post International shipping services which can take approximately 7-14 business day delivery time once the order has been dispatched, however can be faster or longer, depending on the country you reside in.

We charge a flat rate of $48 AUD for all Express International. We use Australia Post International Service with an approximate 2-5 business days to arrive once your order has been dispatched. Please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame and delays may occur

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges and are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge and any other additional costs associated with your order are the responsibility of the customer.

All international orders shipped via Registered International Mail require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.Please contact your local customs office for more information.
